The Reunion Event of Senge Tenzin Rinpoche and Limi People

 

Senge Tenzin Rinpoche and the People of Limi were reunited in 2003.

Senge Tenzin Rinpoche, the three villages of Limi, and Kailashzone organized the reunion event for years. A group of Taiwanese witnessed the events.

Senge Tenzin Rinpoche is the reincarnation of Limi Tulku. "Tulku" means reincarnation in Tibetan.

Buddhist beleive a successful spiritual practitioner can gain control of birth and death.

Limi Tulku has been serving as the head of Limi people for many life-times and is still recognized as the most important person for them.

For weeks, Senge Tenzin Rinpoche gave dharma teachings and empowerment. The monks of Limi performed welcoming Pujas and Lamas dances and the villagers had the opportunity to present their rich cultural entertainments and beautiful costumes.
